Martin Baudrexel

TV chef and owner of the Rubico in Munich has perfectly tailored his recipes to Jenaer Glas products. Influences from his training in Canada, at the renowned Toqué restaurant amongst others, have defined the style of Martin Baudrexel. Furthermore, he values simple, healthy and local food.

Martin Baudrexel's cooking stands for authentic pleasure: „With my creations, I want to keep the natural taste of the products and to support and expand on them with only a couple of specially-chosen ingredients.“ The likeable chef is widely-known from his several current.
